Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Items on sale or marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@Mujirum.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@Mujirum.store.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
